- Minimum two years’ experience teaching the National Curriculum
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education (English), OR
- Bachelor’s Degree in English/related field + valid teaching licence/diploma, OR

Bright Mind International is collaborating with hundreds of schools in China that are currently seeking educators for various roles, including ESL teaching jobs and subject teachers in areas such as English Literature, Humanities, Social Studies, GP, Economics, Business Studies, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Science, Music, Art and Design, Physical Education/Sports, Librarian, IT/DT, EFL, School Counselor, and University Guidance Counselor.
